Real Estate Scam Alert: Alleged Fraud at Vasistha Grand, Vikas Nagar, Bommasandra

  Bangalore, August 2, 2025 — A serious real estate fraud has been alleged in the Bommasandra area of Bangalore, involving a property at Vasistha Grand , located in Vikas Nagar. Multiple sources claim that a man named L. Jayandra Naidu Lankipalli , originally from Andhra Pradesh and currently residing at Flat No. 403, Elite Apartment, 6th Cross, Shree Ananthanagar Phase 2 (near Union Bank) , has been engaging in deceptive property dealings. According to a complaint, a buyer paid ₹20 lakh as an advance to Mr. Lankipalli for an apartment at Vasistha Grand. However, after receiving the payment, the accused allegedly ceased communication , blocked the buyer, and failed to deliver the promised flat or issue any refund. Adding to the concerns, the mentioned property reportedly lacks an E-Khata , raising further questions about its legal standing. Victims and neighbors allege that this is not an isolated incident.
